Well, isn’t reefer legal now, or not in (don’t mess with) Texas?
Also, is POTUS actually melting down?
Also, too bad about Bernie; how long before POTUS says something horrible about it?

No idea what the laws are here in TX. Don’t need to know.
I heard him losing his shit in a press conference with the leader of Finland. He was berating a reporter for trying to ask a followup question, saying that he should be asking the Finnish guy questions instead. So the reporter asked the Finnish leader about the tariffs and the EU retaliation and Trump jumped in and wouldn’t let the Finnish guy talk.

Not legal (or even decriminalized at the state level ) in Texas (even for medical use, with a tiny exception for epileptics): https://www.austinchronicle.com/news/2019-05-03/at-the-capitol-texas-tries-to-catch-up-with-cannabis/

Overpriced. Haven’t tried the karts since they got new ones. They used to have a drift track that was a blast.

I bumped into a neighbor from down the street, and after chatting goes “hey do want to come around saturday night for a smoke.”

I might be sorely tempted. I might have taken a puff or two in my younger days. And unlike Bill Clinton, I inhaled.

Eeeh back in the good old days when a presidential scandal involved whether he’d ever smoked weed.
.. We just don’t get
those kind of greatest hits moments anymore - it’s more of a constant EDM loop.

Nope , definitely not legal.
And the cops in those parts (Round Rock / Georgetown) are notorious for throwing the book at minor weed possession.

Once a Texan, always a Texan. I won’t mess with you.
But one media narrative has [don’t mess with] Texas turning blue...

Texas could turn blue at the statewide level (I don’t think we’ll be there by 2020 though), but the House and State Legislature seats are thoroughly gerrymandered, so even if it becomes more liberal, it will be a long time before such views are represented in the laws (you are much more likely to see North Carolina-style shenanigans to prevent voting for D emocrats, undermine Democrats who are elected, and override laws passed by more liberal municipalities. )
I will admit having reported multiple litterers to http://www.dontmesswithtexas.org/

The conservatives’ argument for gerrymandering being okay is that “it’s always been that way.” I guess when your views benefit, anything’s okay.
